Pigtails and Cowlicks Spring and Summer pop-up Event

We will be filling the Owensboro Convention Center with items from over 600 families—ALL FOR KIDS! We will have toys, books, shoes, furniture, spring and summer clothes, a boutique, and more for babies and teens. There is no admission fee to enter the public sale, and cash debit/credit is accepted.
