It’s not Christmas without the traditional holiday plays presented by THEATRE WORKSHOP OF OWENSBORO. This year’s show is an adaptation of the popular children’s book, JUNIE B. IN JINGLE BELLS! BATMAN SMELLS! The precocious first grader enjoys many fans who will be thrilled to see her adventures come to the stage.
Sponsored by US BANK, the holiday special opens December 5th at 7:30 at THE EMPRESS THEATER. It plays on Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday afternoons from December 5th through the 14th. There will be school day performances on the 5th and the 12th. The theater is located at 418 Frederica. Tickets are $21.00, which includes a $1.00 ticketing fee.
