On June 19 and 20, the Owensboro Sportscenter will play host to some of the most eye-catching, unique three-wheeled vehicles around. The festivities will kick off on June 19 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a FREE community event featuring an amateur sound-off, LED competition, and food trucks. On June 20, gates will open at 10:00 am for a full day of fun, with the main attraction of the Armour Custom Works Slingshot Olympics kicking off at 2! Tickets for that are $10, and children under 12 get in free with a paying adult. Bring the family and be ready to experience a weekend packed full of fun, competition, and custom-made vehicles. Dazzling Daylilies Festival
Looking for an event that’s blooming with fun?
Join the Western Kentucky Botanical Garden on June 20 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, and witness the 800 varieties of daylilies in full bloom. Guests can enjoy live bluegrass music from Frogtown Stringband, family-friendly activities such as a petting zoo, hole-in-one fun mini golf, and a bubble wonderland. All Garden Members and all kids under 18 are FREE, with all other adults only costing $5 each. Putt Putt Pub Crawl
Seeking to sip, stroll, and sink some putts?
This local favorite returns to Owensboro on June 20, combining friendly competition, local businesses, and a great cause as participants putt their way through downtown, with proceeds benefiting Borrowed Hearts. Players will test their skills on custom-designed mini golf holes at nine locations, featuring Big Whiskey’s, Brasher’s Lil’ Nashville, Don Mario, Fetta Specialty Pizza, Lure Seafood and Grille, Mellow Mushroom, The Pub on Second, Sip Owensboro, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
