The Northwest Neighborhood Alliance will once again bring the beat to downtown when the 4th annual Groovin’ on the Green hits the front lawn of the Owensboro Convention Center on September 20, starting at 5:00 PM.
This free community concert event will feature an amazing lineup including R&B vocalist Gary “Lil G” Jenkins of Silk, Billboard-charting jazz trumpeter Lin Rountree, and Louisville’s Sheryl Rouse Band. Nashville line dance leader Patrick Morgan of the Startin’ 5ive Entertainment Group will host the evening.
What makes this event special is the delicious food trucks, the preventive health booths, and the diverse and unique arts and crafts. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, grab your family and friends, and head down to the Owensboro Convention Center!
