Behind every big win for Owensboro, there’s a team of hardworking, dedicated women making it happen. From planning major events to promoting our city as a top destination, these women tackle tough tasks, overcome challenges, and bring new opportunities to our community every day.
“It’s incredible to see the passion and dedication this team brings to their work,” said Mark Calitri, President of Visit Owensboro. “Their efforts not only make a difference in our organization but also in the lives of so many others. They take on challenges head-on, find solutions, and create real, lasting impact. Their work pays big dividends for our community.”
In the fast-paced world of tourism and economic development, it’s easy to keep pushing forward without stopping to appreciate the people behind the progress. But today, we’re taking a moment to say thank you.
