We’ve got the coolest event for kiddos (and, honestly, adults too) coming up toward the end of December, so if you’re looking for something fun, educational and super unique to spend the day doing, we’ve got all the details!
Dinosaur Adventure is coming to the Owensboro Convention Center on December 21 and 22, and it is seriously so cool that the team at Visit Owensboro always recommends this event to anyone who has children.
So, what exactly is it? Dinosaur Adventure allows you to step into the world of prehistoric GIANTS at this incredibly unique exhibit. This exhibit features life-sized, realistic dinosaurs that move and roar just like the real ones did! It’s not everyday you get to see something like that!
Kids can also dive into a variety of fun-filled activities at Dinosaur Adventure. They have Jurassic scooters, themed obstacle courses, dinosaur rides, and bouncy houses! They even have a mining area and face-painting station, and tickets for those activities can be purchased separately at the gift shop.
Dinosaur Adventure will be held from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on December 21 and from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on December 22. Tickets are $22 and include full access to all exhibits, life-sized dinosaurs and interactive displays.
