ROMP

This weekend is all about the music and, specifically, bluegrass music! Presenting the best in bluegrass and roots music each year, the ROMP music fest is taking over the city of Owensboro by bringing thousands of fans to Yellow Creek Park June 26-29 for four days of nonstop bluegrass. You’ll get live performances from Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway; Leftover Salmon; Marty Stuart And His Fabulous Superlatives; The Travelin’ McCourys; Peter Rowan Bluegrass Band; Dierks Bentley and many more! There will be tons of food trucks and arts and crafts vendors, lighted pathways through a beautiful forest, a Kids Zone filled with activities for children and lots of merch available onsite. You can still purchase tickets right here!

ROMP & Roll Record Show

You can collect records, posters and tons of music memorabilia at Owensboro’s first-ever ROMP & Roll Record Show! Held at the Owensboro Convention Center June 28-30, those who are traveling here for ROMP can also score access to this brand new add-on. ROMP & Roll will feature a hundred different tables filled with a selection of music items. Think of it like an organized yard sale for music fans. Crate diggers will find new and pre-loved LPs, CDs, vinyls and cassettes; artist/band memorabilia; storage supplies; and posters. There will be plenty of bluegrass merch, but there will also be tons of items from a variety of other genres, including Americana, rock, pop, metal, punk, progressive rock, 80s, blues, jazz, R&B and more. Tickets are $25 for VIP Early Entry, $10 for two-day General Admission passes and $5 for General Admission single day passes. You can use your ROMP wristband to get in FREE either Saturday or Sunday!
