To start, Burger Theory is located right on the Ohio River, so you get amazing waterfront views at this restaurant. You can even eat outside on the patio when the weather’s nice!

Located inside the Holiday Inn Riverfront, this restaurant is open to guests of the hotel on a daily basis, but it’s ALSO open to the public. Just FYI!

House Burgers include the Lonestar (cheddar cheese, bacon, onion ring, barbecue sauce); Farm Fresh (roasted red pepper, grilled onions, portobello mushrooms, lettuce, Boursin cheese, roasted garlic, mayo); Ultimate Sriracha (Swiss cheese, bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, sriracha mayo); Breakfast Burger (cheddar cheese, bacon, fried egg, roasted garlic mayo); On The Border (pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, grilled onions, guacamole) and many more!
You can also build your own burger at Burger Theory. You have an insane list of ingredients to choose from to create your own delicious burger, designed perfectly to satiate your palate. You want a little Breakfast Burger with some spice? Or how about a classic burger with three different cheeses? The options here are endless. How could it get better than that?
If you’re not feeling a burger that day, no worries! Burger Theory also offers a variety of salads and appetizers, including nachos, soups and buffalo wings. You can also order one of the best Bloody Marys in the city if you’re eating at Burger Theory for brunch. They offer a full breakfast menu as well!
