Top 3 Things to Do in Owensboro This Weekend: March 8-10

Burger Week

This week is all about the burgers as Owensboro Burger Week runs through Saturday, March 9! This means you’ll have plenty of days to try as many delicious burgers as you can from as many restaurants as possible! The burgers on this list are insane, and you’ll find everything from crispy bacon-covered patties to smoked sausage-topped to funnel cake buns on the menu. Each of the burgers cost only $7 this week, and you can win some awesome prizes by using the hashtag #owensboroburgerweek on your social media posts. Who will win Best Burger this year? We have a panel of burger enthusiasts doing a blind tasting. And this year, the customers will get to vote on a People’s Choice Award for top burger as well!

Lanham Brothers Jamboree

You can head over to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum for the Lanham Brothers Jamboree this weekend! Hosted by brothers Barry and Randy Lanham and recorded for broadcast on KET, this show is family friendly with music, comedy skits, dance and crowd interaction.
