Jenny Van Meter, head bartender and server at Colby’s Fine Food & Spirits, was honored by the Owensboro-Daviess County Convention & Visitors Bureau on Thursday for her work as an ambassador for Owensboro tourism.
Van Meter’s friendly attitude has helped bring repeat customers to the downtown restaurant and to Owensboro, Mark Calitri, president of the CVB, said.
“So many people said what an impact she has had,” he said.
