There’s no better time for a Do-It-Yourself project than right before the holiday season, and we’ve got the CUTEST new place in Owensboro for a DIY adventure!
Hammer & Stain hosts public DIY workshops that require no crafting experience, so this is a place for beginners and veterans alike. And we must say, these crafts turn out so incredible they look professionally made!
You can grab your family and friends or go solo at Hammer & Stain—whichever way’s your preference! With Halloween right around the corner, check out their Ladies Night Out workshops where you “think pink with Halloween and drinks.” Get your girls, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a night crafting and sipping on complimentary Sangria Pink Punch and snacks. Or reserve your space to make a chunky knit pumpkin, where each person gets to make a set of three pumpkins (small, medium and large). These crafts look like they could be sold in stores and give ALL the fall vibes.
And as we head into winter, check out Hammer & Stain’s ever evolving list of DIY workshops related to the Christmas season. These range from painting ceramic vintage Christmas trees and trucks to liquid glass 10-inch round holiday signs. You can even take a class at the Kraftucky Arts & Crafts Expo in November!
And if you’re just wanting to let your creative side out without all the holiday fuss, you can sign up for any of Hammer & Stain’s various open paint workshops, where you’ll learn how to sand, stain and paint your masterpiece. What a cool experience!
Hammer & Stain is located at 2845 West Parrish Avenue. You can learn more about their DIY workshops and pricing right here.
