Crawfish Boil at Trunnell’s
You can treat yourself to a Cajun dinner party this weekend at a Crawfish and Shrimp Low Country Boil! Held at Trunnell’s Farm Market on Saturday, June 17, this boil will feature delicious food, live music, a full bar and fancy funnel cakes for dessert. You can bring a date, your friends or even take your dad out for Father’s Day! This is an 18-and-older event and will be held from 5-9:30 p.m. Tickets are $39.
Nashville Talent at Friday After 5
The Inspirational Country Music Association (ICMA) is making a stop in Owensboro to host a MAJOR talent competition for the chance to perform at the Grand Ole Opry and record your own music! On Friday, June 16, you can join Steve Bridgmon, Andrew Marshall and The Voice Season 18 Winner Todd Tilghman after the competition as they headline Friday After 5 for a blend of country, gospel, worship and classic rock music. They will perform at the Atmos Amphitheater at McConnell Plaza from 7-10 p.m.

Kicking off their debut in the state of Kentucky, Legacy Fighting Alliance is bringing a professional mixed martial arts promotion and top-level feeder league for the UFC to the Owensboro Sportscenter on June 16! The LFA produces events all around the world and is giving Owensboro the chance to host something new and exciting. This fight will feature some of the best talent in MMA with John “Hollywood” Sweeney and Allan “Mini” Begosso opening up for a fight between Dylan “The Mindless Hulk” Budka and Azamat “Kingpin” Bekoev.
