See Country Music Singer Gene Watson Live in Owensboro

Country music star Gene Watson is hitting the stage at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum on July 22 for a night of pure-country croonin’ from a legendary vocalist. 

 

Watson has been making music for over SIXTY years! This Houston native is widely known for the depth of emotion in his singing. He’s one of the very rare singers who’s still able to sing in the same key he nailed 30 years ago!

 

A member of the Grand Ole Opry and the Texas Country Music Hall of Fame, Watson’s had 75 charted singles, 23 top-10 hits and 11 No. 1 singles in the country and gospel genres.

 

Obviously, this man is a legend, and you should definitely show up to hear him perform some of hits, such as “Farewell Party,” “Fourteen Carat Mind” and “Love in the Hot Afternoon.”
