Owensboro Music Business Expo Bringing Big-Name Musicians, Producers to Event

The first-ever Owensboro Music Business Expo is getting closer and closer by the day, and we can’t wait to remind you why you should be a part of this up-close-and-personal musical experience! 


The OMBE is an event for anyone IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS OR WANTING TO START THEIR CAREER IN MUSIC trying to TAKE THE NEXT STEP in the business. Held at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum April 13-15, you will get firsthand knowledge about the ever-changing music industry from some of the best experts in the business! 


The OMBE is being launched by musician and guitarist Adam Gaynor, formerly of Matchbox Twenty fame and his longtime industry friend Francine Marseille. Gaynor helped the band sell over 30 million albums, so he definitely knows the ins and outs of the music biz. 


The Keynote Speaker will be none other than award-winning songwriter and producer Steve Levine, from Liverpool. Levine has won Grammys and other music awards over the years, and he even produced the Beach Boys! Levine will be joined by, Keynote speaker Rick Barker, Taylor Swift’s former manager!


Other notable names at the OMBE will be Emmy Award Winning Composer Jim Dooley, Nashville songwriting teacher Barbara Cloyd, Michael Elsner, whose songs have made it in over 800 TV episodes! Executive Producer & Founder of the Hollywood Music in Media Awards and Hollywood Independent Music Awards, LaTasha Lucinda Shemwell, Tommy Stillwell, among many others!
