According to the Messenger Inquirer-Daviess County has again received top marks from national bond rating company Moody’s Investor Services for its strong credit position, according to a report released March 22.
‘This highlights the strong leadership coming from Daviess County and will only help Visit Owensboro generate more business through tourism,” said Mark Calitri.
