A walnut date bread crisp topped with house–made yogurt cheese, toasted hazelnuts, rosemary infused honey and pomegranate jewels.
Oyster and Mushroom Bisque
A pool of sherried crimini mushroom bisque topped with Brussels sprout and heirloom carrot hash, flash fried oysters and a crème fraiche drizzle.
Duck Confit Croquet and Butternut Gratin
Meltingly tender duck meat made into a patty, crisped on the griddle and served on a bed of “White House Farms” butternut and taleggio cheese gratin.
*May substitute either chicken or fish for the duck croquet.
Grilled Pear and Arugula Salad
Grilled bosc pears tossed with baby arugula, stilton cheese and a sherry vinaigrette.
Carolina “Low Country Boil”
Wild caught domestic shrimp, whole crawfish and Virginia clams cooked in a spicy boil with fresh corn and marble potatoes.
Beef Tenderloin Béarnaise
Choice angus beef tenderloin very slowly roasted to MR, topped with a glazed shallot and classically made béarnaise.
