The 2019 Market Season will open Saturday, April 20 thru November 2 at the corner of Triplett Street and Parish Avenue, 1205 Triplett St.

June 4 thru October 31, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am – 12 :00 pm.
Thursday Evening Market, June 13, July 11, August 8 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
May 15 thru August 28, a satellite market is also located at the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital, 1201 Pleasant Valley Road, on Wednesday from 1:30pm – 5:00pm.
Both locations have parking lots for your convenience. All vendors accept cash, most will accept personal checks, and some will accept credit/debit cards. The Market also accepts SNAP/EBT payments as well as credit cards. More detailed information is available on their website. Check it out!
Celebrate The 4th of July at the Owensboro Convention Center!
FREE Activities and Inflatables for Kids located inside the Exhibit Halls! The fun gets underway at 6PM and closes at 9PM for the City of Owensboro’s All American 4th of July fireworks display scheduled for approximately 9:15 PM.
Those who purchase tickets for seating at the Owensboro Convention Center will be able to have an Exclusive Session to the activities from 4PM until 6PM before it opens to the public.
Activities for younger children include the Bouncer Maze, Bucky’s Pirate Ship, and games such as the Duck Pond. Older children can enjoy the Rock Wall and Spider Climb, Toxic Warrior Jump, Extreme Chaos Obstacle Course, and Extreme Dance Party! *Note – waivers may need to be signed to participate in some of the activities.
Concessions will also be available on site, so guests will have the opportunity to purchase delicious food and drinks such as pulled pork BBQ, pizza, hamburgers, cotton candy, and other favorites.
For guests wanting the best seats in town to view the City of Owensboro’s All American 4th of July fireworks display, and early exclusive access to the activities in the exhibit halls from 4PM to 6PM, tickets start at $9!

The City of Owensboro invites the region to downtown Owensboro’s riverfront to celebrate the All-American Fourth of July on Thursday, July 4. The annual celebration will include food vendors along Veterans Blvd and live music at McConnell Plaza throughout the evening. To cap off the evening, the skies above the Ohio River will light-up with the City’s largest fireworks display downtown with some of your favorite patriotic music at 9:15 pm. The City encourages guests to arrive early to set-up your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy an evening full of entertainment for the entire family.
