Josh Turner Concert
We’ve got a big weekend with lots of events coming up, so we’re going to kick things off by highlighting a Josh Turner concert at the RiverPark Center! Turner is a country music superstar who’s sold more than 6.5 million records and has reached 4.8 billion worldwide streams. You can see this hitmaker live in Owensboro on Thursday, May 18 at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $39.
Owensboro Drone Show
The first-ever Owensboro Drone Show is hitting the downtown riverfront for two separate performances this week! This show will feature 300 LED-lit drones flying over the Ohio River for a spectacular performance. You’ll witness choreographed performances set to an amazing soundtrack. The Owensboro Drone Show will take place on Wednesday, May 17 and Friday, May 19 at 8:30 p.m. It is free to attend!
Jeeps and Jamz
We’ve got another big event this weekend to get excited about with the first-ever Jeeps and Jamz Expo hitting the Owensboro Convention Center! Held for two days on May 19 and 20, Jeeps and Jamz will bring together hundreds, if not thousands, of Jeep owners and enthusiasts for a weekend of live music, car shows, city-wide discounts, tons of vendors and off-roading events and after-parties. The Expo will be held at the Convention Center from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
