Country music superstar Lorrie Morgan is performing live in Owensboro this weekend at the RiverPark Center! Morgan, who’s been in the country music business since age 13, has had more than 40 chart entries on the Billboard Hot Country Songs including three No. 1 singles: “Five Minutes,” “What Part of No” and “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength.” Morgan will take the RPC stage on February 10 at 7 p.m. and tickets are $34. 

Gangstagrass   

This Emmy-nominated band combines two great American traditions (Bluegrass and Hip Hop) into a perfectly blended musical genre of its own. Gangstagrass has turned heads all over the country, even being proclaimed “America’s Band” by Americana Highways Magazine. Their latest album, “No Time For Enemies,” climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard bluegrass charts, so there’s never been a better time to see this innovative group of musicians! The show will take place at the RiverPark Center on February 11 and tickets are on sale for $28.75.

AAU Super Regionals           

If you want to see some fierce athletic competition up close and personal, the Owensboro Convention Center will be hosting a weekend-long volleyball tournament February 11 and 12. The AAU Blue Bridge Super Regional will bring some of the best volleyball players in the region together for two days of competitive play. Winners receive a free entry into the AAU National Championships! Admission costs $12 for one day or $18 for a weekend pass.
