Sing your way back to the 1960s at Happy Together Tour

If you’re looking for a blast from the past that includes some great bands from the 60s and 70s, then the RiverPark Center has exactly what you need.

The Happy Together Tour will hit the RPC stage on August 13, bringing you a lineup of rock, folk and pop bands that’ll bring you some of the best feel-good music you’ll find anywhere.

This concert will feature Gary Puckett & The Union Gap – an American pop/rock group from the late 60s, along with The Turtles – an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965.

Joining those two groups will be Chuck Negron – known best as one of the three lead vocalists in Three Dog Night (formed in 1968)– and The Association, an American sunshine pop band formed in the 1960s.

As if it could get any better, the Happy Together Tour will also bring you 1960s rock group The Vogues and The Cowsills – known as a group of six siblings who harmonized together on tour beginning in 1965.

The Happy Together Tour travels across the country each year to bring fans from all over a dose of happiness in the form of reminiscent musical performances. But even if you didn’t hear these songs growing up, this concert is a great chance to get an authentic experience of a generation that created a brand new genre of rock, pop and folk music.

Tickets for the Happy Together Tour start out at $70, and the show kicks off at 8 p.m.
