7th Annual One Time Only Goldie’s New Year’s Eve Show
Ring in the new year with Goldie and her Backstage Band to the sounds of country and gospel music, and of course, the classic Rock-N-Roll spectacular. The fun begins at 8 p.m. at the RiverPark Center and will be followed by a Moonlite breakfast buffet. Ticket prices depend on seating inside the theatre. Adult tickets are $23.50-$29 with Moonlight Bar-B-Q breakfast. Tickets for children 12 and under are $13.50-$18.50 with Moonlight Bar-B-Q breakfast for $13.50. Dance into the new decade with all your favorite party music from DJ Shay! For the second year in a row, the fun begins at 8 p.m. and DJ Shay takes the stage to keep you grooving from 9 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. Enjoy drink themed specials and concessions throughout the night, as well as a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate the New Year at midnight! Noon Year’s Eve Family Celebration at OMSH
The Owensboro Museum of Science and History presents its 13th Annual Noon Year’s Eve Family Celebration from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on December 31. Kick off your New Year’s celebration with music and dancing to the tunes of D.J. Chad Gesser! Then, visit the face painting station, make your own noise maker or create a party hat to take home for the day’s festivities! You might even bump into a live super hero or other character, perfect for a photo opportunity! At 11:00 a.m., you’ll enjoy an amazing Chemistry Show that will be hair-raising, fizzling, popping and an exploding good time for the entire family. Everyone will gather in our Mammoth Lobby around 11:45 a.m. for the Countdown to Noon! All Noon Year’s Eve activities are included with a museum admission of only $5 per person!
O.Z. Tyler New Year’s
Dress to impress for this highly anticipated event in O.Z. Tyler’s historic Bottling House for an evening full of live music, festive atmosphere, and champagne (and bourbon, obviously)!
Beginning at 7 p.m., enjoy a special “Dinner Theatre” featuring live music from Josh Merritt and Elliott Sublett, V-Bombs Unplugged, Andy Brasher Band, and Insulated as you enjoy food, drinks, and even a little dancing.
