A celebration of community, great music, and southern hospitality–what more can you ask for? Saturday, June 8 from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Griffith Avenue area between Frederica Street and Robin Road will be transformed into the grounds for a one-day music festival! This year’s event has nearly doubled in size, complete with 15 “stages”, 45 artists, and 10 food truck vendors! A few of the artists highlighted in this year’s lineup include Josh Merritt, Nick Lawson, Rubbing Alcoholics, The Shine, Elliott Subblett, and Gaslight Boys. Residents on Griffith Avenue act as “Porch Hosts”, converting their beautiful, spacious porches into “stages” for the afternoon. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and sit and enjoy the show or stroll freely from “stage” to “stage” without the hassle of a seat or ticket.
