Louisville’s Frazier Museum featured flavors, sounds of Owensboro

With O.Z. Tyler Distillery’s recent addition as part of the bourbon trail, Owensboro is becoming known around the globe for perfectly culminating the proud Kentucky traditions of barbeque, bourbon, and bluegrass.  Due to a recent partnership between the Frazier History Museum in Louisville and Independence Bank, the sounds and flavors of Owensboro traveled to the northeast in April. 

 

On Thursday, April 18 “A Taste of Owensboro”, featuring the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, O.Z. Tyler Distillery and Ole South Barbeque, was held at the museum to showcase some of the best bluegrass music, the most delicious Kentucky bourbon, and mouthwatering barbecue in the Commonwealth.  This event exposed the area to a wider audience and array of opportunities while reinforcing Owensboro as a true Kentucky destination.
