A Very Merry Holiday Pops
The Owensboro Symphony Orchestra presents A Very Merry Holiday Pops on Saturday, December 15 at 7 p.m. at the RiverPark Center. This concert features holiday favorites, timeless classics, fresh new works, and majestic choral music with the Owensboro Symphony Chorus and a sing-along to familiar carols. A Rockin’ Country Christmas
Head to the Owensboro Convention Center on Saturday, December 15 for this exciting live tribute show! The performance features Brad McCrady as Elvis Presley, Terry Lee Ridley as Jerry Lee Lewis, Allen Hilbert as George Jones, Tiffany Puckett as Tammy Wynette, Frank Hamilton as Johnny Cash, Marla Potter as Patsy Cline, Paul Penny as Roy Orbison, Emily Portman as Loretta Lynn, and Tom Ruopp as Merle Haggard. General Admission is $16 with seating as first come, first served. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. Grab your seats early!
Ice Skating at The Edge Ice Center
It’s the most wonderful time of the year to bring families together for fun winter activities! The City of Owensboro’s Edge Ice Center is open to the public throughout the holiday season and even offers holiday special skating sessions December 18 through January 1. Enjoy skating to your favorite holiday songs and sipping peppermint hot chocolate during the holiday specials. Afternoon and evening sessions will be offered most days from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. A special holiday discounted rate will be offered on December 26 and New Year’s Day from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for only $4 per person! Regular pricing and hours vary. Click here for more info!
