Monsters on the Ohio Tournament
The Monsters on the Ohio tournament will hit the waters of the Ohio River on Saturday, October 13 from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The tournament will kick off at the English Park boat ramp. This team event is a great opportunity for catfish anglers from across the country to compete against the best of the best for cash and prizes. The lucky winning team will receive a SeaArk Boat! Trunnell’s Pumpkin Spectacular
Come celebrate the fall season with Trunnell’s Farm Market at the Pumpkin Spectacular on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.! Children can enjoy picking out their favorite pumpkin to decorate and take home! Some of the day’s festivities include pumpkin toss, pumpkin painting, pumpkin sculpting contest, face painting, meet and greet with the Minion characters!! Trunnell’s Pumpkin Spectacular is free event and will be held at Trunnell’s on 54. All Fall Décor will also be 50% off throughout the market! This is the perfect day for family fun as Halloween approaches!
Mid America Concert
The United State Air Force Band of Mid-America Concert Band will perform live on Sunday, October 14 at 3 p.m. in Cannon Hall of the RiverPark Center. This event is FREE and open to the public.
The Band of Mid-America has a long history of entertaining the American public and promoting “esprit de corps” within the military. This diverse, 45-piece ensemble’s repertoire ranges from symphonic band masterworks, to traditional marches, to modern compositions, to pops and jazz. The band aims to honor the men and women serving around the world and to tell the Air Force story through the universal language of music.
