It’s the final countdown! One of Theatre Workshop of Owensboro’s most popular events, Owensboro’s Got Talent presents the grand finale on March 31. The show begins at 7 p.m. at the Empress Theatre.  Shows leading up to the big night have narrowed down Owensboro’s premiere talent for a spectacular final show.  Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place. Kentucky Thoroughbreds vs. Nevada Desert Dogs

Don’t miss your chance to see Owensboro’s semi-pro basketball team, the Kentucky Thoroughbreds play the Nevada Desert Dogs this Friday and Saturday, March 30 and 31 at the Owensboro Sportscenter.  The games begin at 7 p.m. Friday night and continue at 4 p.m. on Saturday, so be sure to come out in your blue and gold to support the team!  The team recently added former Apollo High School stand-out Tyler Brown so go show him some love.
